We are looking for an OTC Desk Trader to quote, execute, and hedge large over-the-counter crypto trades for institutional and VIP clients. You will manage risk within desk limits and report on volumes and PnL.
Responsibilities Provide buy/sell quotes for large crypto trade sizes
Execute trades and hedge exposure via exchange or desk inventory
Monitor exposure, spread, and risk limits
Work with clients on size, pricing, and settlement
Track market liquidity to price trades accurately
Follow KYC/AML and internal compliance procedures
Submit daily trade and performance reports
Requirements 1+ year of active crypto exchange trading
Basic understanding of OTC vs public order book trading
Crypto wallet / transfer experience for settlement awareness
Willingness to work adaptable hours (24/7 market)
Nice to have VIP desk experience at an exchange
Market making
Fintech compliance background
Base Salary: $160,000 - $180,000 annually
