Partnerships Specialist – Business Banking Sector (HYBRID)
We are looking for a Partnerships Specialist (External) for a strategic project within the Business Banking sector in Spain.
About the projectThe goal of this role is to support the development of a solution that connects banking services with accounting and invoicing software used by SMEs and self-employed professionals, enabling automatic transaction synchronization and reducing manual financial management tasks.This is a key initiative within the launch and scaling of a new digital proposition in the Spanish market.
Your impact in the roleThe selected candidate will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and developing partnerships with leading accounting and invoicing software providers in Spain.You will play a key role in building the partner ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration and scalability of the solution in the local market.
International & product coordinationIn addition to the commercial focus, the role involves close collaboration with product and technology teams based in Europe.You will coordinate partner integrations into the platform, aligning technical requirements, priorities, and timelines.You will also act as a bridge between the Spanish market and the central product team, providing continuous feedback from partners and local market needs.
Profile we are looking forWe are looking for someone with 2–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or SaaS/fintech environments.Strong knowledge of the SME ecosystem, accounting software, invoicing tools, or ERP systems will be highly valued.Fluency in English is required, along with experience working in international and cross-functional environments.
ConditionsRemote role based in Spain with 2 days per week in the office (Madrid) to support team collaboration.
