Who Are You?
A motivated and ambitious professional based in Spain, ready to strengthen and expand Syneto’s presence through strategic channel partnerships;
A relationship builder, eager to connect with partners and support their long term success;
A hands-on team player who thrives in a fast-growing, international environment;
Comfortable reporting to an international leadership team and collaborating across borders.
Act as the bridge between Syneto and our channel/reseller partners in Spain, building trust, generating new business opportunities, and ensuring long-term collaboration.
What we need you to do
Identify and approach new channel partners in Spain, qualifying opportunities in coordination with the VP of Sales
Nurture relationships with existing partners and help them grow their business with Syneto solutions
Understand partner and customer needs and support them throughout the sales cycle
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent execution of partner strategies
Report regularly on account status and pipeline development
Assist in the development of local partner programs, marketing initiatives, and events
Represent Syneto at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings across Spain
Act as a key contributor to building our partner ecosystem in the region
What skills and experience you need
Previous experience in partner/channel sales, B2B account management, or IT distribution (ideally 2–4 years);
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills;
Fluency in Spanish (mandatory);
English is a plus;
Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and proactively;
Familiarity with theSpanish IT market and partner ecosystem is a strong advantage;
Ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities;
Comfortable with travel within Spain and occasional travel to Italy or events abroad;
Bachelor’s degree inInformatics, Business, or related field is preferred.
