If you’re ready to contribute to a fast-growing global company dedicated to enhancing quality and compliance, we are looking for a Validation & GMP Technician to join our team in Barcelona.
Your Role
In this position, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) through the validation of facilities, equipment, and processes, as well as the preparation and maintenance of Quality Systems.
Working closely with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include:
* Contributing to quality assurance projects, including the drafting of procedures and work instructions
* Participating in internal audits
* Supporting qualification activities for facilities, process equipment, utilities, and control systems
* Assisting in manufacturing process validation projects
* Collaborating on projects across Spain and international locations, including Europe and China.
Your Profile
This role is for you if you:
* Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
* Have 1–2 years of experience in a pharmaceutical GxP environment (e.g., Engineering, Maintenance, Validation, Production, or Quality Assurance)
* Demonstrate strong teamwork and multitasking abilities, with the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Are fluent in Spanish and English (additional languages are a plus)
* Are motivated, eager to learn, and passionate about Pharma Consulting
* Are willing to travel and hold a valid driving license (most clients are located in the Barcelona area)
