Candidates should either be currently based in the Madrid area. Native-level Spanish is essential due to the technical and regulatory nature of the work. Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Spain. /ppbr/ppbKey Responsibilities /b /ppbr/pulliAssembly, disassembly, and integration of mechanical, electrical, and electronic components in UAV systems /liliInstallation of new software versions and system configurations /liliRoutine maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repair of drones and their subsystems /liliCompliance with quality standards throughout all process stages, including proper documentation of completed work /liliSupport in functional testing and system commissioning of UAV platforms /liliAssistance in spare parts storage and inventory management /liliClose collaboration with development and engineering teams to identify and resolve manufacturing issues /liliCustomer support: assistance during training, maintenance, and upgrade operations both on-site and at customer locations /li /ulpbr/ppbProfile Requirements /b /ppbr/pulliCompleted vocational training as aircraft mechanic, electronics technician, mechatronics technician, or equivalent technical qualification /liliStrong knowledge of mechanics, electricity/electronics, and ideally avionics /liliMinimum 1 year of professional experience in assembly, maintenance, or repair of RC helicopters or UAS/drones /liliStrong problem-solving mindset for complex technical systems /liliCustomer-oriented attitude /liliTeam player with strong communication skills /liliNative-level Spanish proficiency (C2 or equivalent) /liliProfessional English proficiency /liliDriving license is a plus /li /ulpbr/p
