At Hays Executive, we are looking for an HR Directo r for a leading international company in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) sector, with a global presence and a dynamic, high-volume environment.
You will work closely with the Head of Sales and the regional P&C team to drive strategic initiatives, implementing talent management practices that strengthen business execution and foster high-performing teams.
Provide strategic advice and coaching to leaders and HR Business Partners on performance management and talent development.
Drive talent calibration, succession planning, and development programs to build high-performing teams.
Analyze engagement survey results and define action plans to improve employee well-being.
Ensure compliance with policies, legal standards, and regulatory requirements across the region.
Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to identify trends and propose strategic actions.
Lead organizational transformation projects and act as a change agent to strengthen culture and efficiency.
Collaborate with global and regional teams to implement best practices and innovative HR solutions.
Over 10 years of experience in HR roles, having previously held a similar position.
Fluent English (high level) is essential.
Ability to lead strategic projects and manage teams in dynamic, changing environments.
