What You’ll Do :
- Lead the creative vision and execution for GSN Casino, ensuring the game is engaging, innovative, and aligns with our strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the General Manager, the Director of Product, and other senior leaders within the Casino Division to develop a strategy and roadmap for the games' development that aligns with the division’s business goals.
- Ensure the design team owns and drives a cohesive vision for the game’s look, feel, audio-visuals, and overall player experience.
- Research, document, and communicate competitive trends in casual games, the social casino industry, and real-money gaming.
- Develop a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, pushing the game studio to meet or exceed the experiences and production values of land-based casino games.
- Partner with the Analytics and Player Insights teams to A / B test features, game designs, and slot themes, optimizing for important metrics.
- Mentor and develop junior game designers, providing mentorship, feedback, and support to help them grow professionally.
- Develop and promote standards for both the player experience and the game design process.
About You :
- Possess 10+ years of experience in designing and / or producing successful mass-market casual games, preferably with experience in the social casino market.
- Have experience in leading game design teams, demonstrating outstanding self-motivation and innovation.
- Exhibit creativity with an outstanding approach to addressing persistent challenges, contributing to existing products, and turning challenges into opportunities.
- Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, effectively bridging the gap between the business and creative aspects of the division.
- Capable of multitasking and leading multiple projects simultaneously.
- Able to translate ideas into actionable projects.
