**What you would do as our Technical Support Engineer**
We want someone to be responsible of the coordination of different activities related to the technical support of ABLOY CI customers and products. You will be reporting to the Business Unit Manager for coordinating best practices and defining the support strategy.
You would also:
- Provide effective customer service by leveraging in-depth knowledge of company products.
- Audit and troubleshooting of Access Control and other Security Systems.
- Escalate issues to the respective Group factories, ensuring timely communication with customers regarding the status and resolution progress.
- Provide technical trainings to end users and associated partners.
**The skills and experience you need**
We are looking for someone who has:
- Bachelor’s Degree or other similar in the field of Engineering (Electronic, Electrical, Telecommunications, Computer Science).
- Ability to test and troubleshoot hardware and low-level programming tools (provided by the company).
- Proficiency in communication skills both in English and Spanish: Skilled in both oral and written communication.
- High working capacity, self-organized and used to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
