Opdenergy is a growing independent renewable energy producer (IPP) with presence in Europe, United States and Latin America with more than 21 years’ experience. The company develops, builds, finances, manages and operates high quality renewable energy projects in several countries, with a portfolio of 2,6 GW (1,3 operational and + 1,3 ready to build / under construction) assets in operations and construction, whole portfolio under development sums up to over 18 GW.
We are currently looking for a Wind O&M Specialist to join our Madrid team.
What will you help with?
* Management and control of wind plant portfolios.
* Monitoring and verification of alarms and incidents through SCADA.
* Preparation of reports with the main project KPIs.
* Supervision of subcontractors and ongoing inspections.
* Periodic site visits to plants.
* Monitoring of contractual obligations during the project operation phase.
* Preparation of annual operating budgets (P&L).
* Coordination with vendors, service providers, authorities and utilities.
* Stay up to date on environmental and legal requirements.
* Stay up to date on applicable technical regulations, tests, inspections, and required certifications.
Who you are
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in the described functions.
* Knowledge of SCADA systems for data acquisition, management, and analysis of technological processes (SCADA, RTU, PLC, etc.).
* Experience and knowledge of Acciona Windpower and Siemens Gamesa technologies.
* Degree in Industrial, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
* Full command of English.
