Portfolio Manager
Experience: 2–5 years in pharma, biotechnology, or life sciences

As a Portfolio Manager, you will play a key role in planning, analyzing, and coordinating projects within our development and commercial portfolio, collaborating in a global, cross-functional environment. Performing portfolio analyses: risk assessments, scenario comparisons, timeline evaluations, and KPIs
Creating dashboards and regular monitoring reports with digital tools
Coordinating with R&D, Clinical, Regulatory, Commercial, Manufacturing, and other internal partners to collect information and align strategies
Supporting multifunctional teams in identifying potential challenges and resource constraints
Assisting with the evaluation of new projects, initiatives, or external collaborations
Contributing to continuous improvement of portfolio management processes, digital tools, and systems
Analyze and present data for strategic decision-making
Coordinate processes with multidisciplinary global teams
Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, Business, or similar
~ Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD) is a plus, but not mandatory
~Basic understanding of the drug development lifecycle, regulatory steps, or commercial product management
~ Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, and portfolio/project management tools (including dashboards, analytics platforms)
~ Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively in global, matrixed environments
