You will become an integral member of a highly motivated team tasked with delivering results and given the autonomy to define how they are achieved. /ppbr/ppbResponsibilities /b /pulliAssist in the development and execution of operational marketing plans and omnichannel campaigns to drive brand objectives. /liliWork closely with the Sales Team and Medical Affairs to coordinate the cross-functional alignment and roll-out of brand initiatives. /liliLead the end-to-end promotional and non-promotional material approval process. /liliEnsure strict compliance with internal guidelines and local regulatory codes, including the Farmaindustria Code, to ensure materials do not inadvertently act as digital product promotion. /liliAct as the primary point of contact for creative, digital, and media agencies, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with brand guidelines. /liliSupport the tactical organisation, logistical planning, and material preparation for local standalone meetings, local events, and main congresses. /liliAssist in managing operational relationships with Key External Experts (KEEs) and medical societies during scientific activities and speaker programmes. /li /ulpbr/ppbSkills Knowledge /b /pulliRequires 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical industry in a similar marketing or brand management role. /liliSpecific product experience within the breast cancer therapeutic area. /liliPrevious experience of product launches in oncology is desired. /liliAbility to understand and effectively communicate scientific and medical information to both internal and a variety of external customers. /liliStrong communication skills, open style pro-active. /liliFluent in both Spanish and English. /li /ulpbr/ppMenarini Stemline is an equal opportunity employer.
