Your mission
You will lead the end-to-end service governance of critical infrastructure services, ensuring performance, compliance and continuous improvement in high-demand environments.
What will you be doing?
* Own contract and service governance, acting as the main counterpart to client service leadership
* Ensure delivery performance across all active work packages (scope, SLAs, operational commitments)
* Drive service reviews, KPI tracking and continuous improvement initiatives
* Lead incident, risk and escalation management through to resolution
* Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective/preventive actions
* Ensure compliance across ITSM, security, data protection and service continuity
* Oversee service transition readiness and handover processes
What we’re looking for
* Strong experience in Infrastructure Service Delivery / IT Operations
* Deep knowledge of ITSM frameworks (ITIL or similar)
* Proven experience managing SLAs, KPIs and service governance
* Experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
* Ability to operate in international and highly structured environments
