Responsibilities
* Travel between customers sites throughout Spain and Europe.
* Responsible for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting/repair of AVT Hardware.
* Instruct the customer about the day-to-day use and maintenance of their AVT hardware.
* Work in close collaboration with the regional Service manager, Sales, and customer support teams to quickly resolve any issues on site.
* Submit detailed service visit reports and facilitate spare part requests/returns.
Qualifications
* Electrical/electronic engineering qualification or a college diploma.
* Experience in troubleshooting and responding to customers concerns.
* Good level of mechanical exposure/experience.
* Good knowledge of software applications, operating systems/PC’s/networks.
* Fluent in Spanish and English; other European languages are a plus.
