Responsibilities
Design, develop and maintain Computer Vision and AI-based solutions for image and video analysis applications.
Develop, train, validate and optimize deep learning models, including CNNs, Transformers and other state‐of‐the‐art architectures for detection, classification, segmentation and tracking tasks.
Implement image pre‐processing and post‐processing pipelines to improve model robustness and overall system performance.
Develop and optimize image processing algorithms using libraries such as OpenCV for feature extraction, filtering, enhancement, geometric transformations and analytical processing.
Integrate AI models into production environments, ensuring efficient inference, scalability and maintainability.
Develop software components in C++ for high‐performance image processing and real‐time systems.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define requirements, validate results and deploy solutions into real‐world applications.
Profile we are looking for
Experience
Proven experience in Computer Vision, Image Processing and Artificial Intelligence applied to real‐world problems.
Hands‐on experience developing and deploying deep learning models for vision‐based applications.
Experience with image pre‐processing and post‐processing techniques in production pipelines.
Experience in performance optimization and efficient implementation of AI/image processing solutions.
Experience working with both research‐oriented prototyping and production‐level software development is highly valued.
Experience in real‐time or near real‐time systems is a plus.
Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Physics or a related technical field.
MSc or specialization in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Vision, Machine Learning or Image Processing is a plus.
Knowledge
Strong knowledge of Computer Vision and Digital Image Processing fundamentals.
Solid understanding of Deep Learning and modern architectures such as CNNs, Transformers and related computer vision models.
Knowledge of model training, validation, evaluation metrics, hyperparameter tuning and dataset preparation.
Good understanding of image enhancement, filtering, segmentation, feature extraction, object detection and tracking techniques.
Knowledge of inference optimization and model deployment workflows.
Understanding of software engineering best practices, code modularity, version control and maintainable development.
Work tools
Python for AI development, model training, experimentation and data analysis.
C++ for performance‐critical modules and image processing pipelines.
OpenCV for image and video processing.
Deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch and/or TensorFlow.
Experience with inference/deployment tools such as TensorRT, ONNX Runtime or similar engines.
Familiarity with Git, debugging tools and development environments for Linux and/or Windows.
Experience with GPU‐based development and acceleration is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem‐solving skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively in technical environments.
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
Ability to translate research ideas into robust and maintainable production solutions.
Willingness to learn, adapt and explore new technologies.
