In this role you will lead the Iberia Compression Technologies business, owning Sales and Service Pu0026amp;L and driving profitable growth. You will align route-to-market, pricing, and customer management with the divisional strategy, while expanding installed base and market reach. You will collaborate with product teams to feed market insights and support implementation and training. This position offers strategic impact, cross-functional leadership, and international exposure in a leading industrial business.

• Drive country-level sales and service activities with aligned resource allocation

Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ leadership experience in Sales and Service
• Experience in the refrigeration industry valued
• Proven track record managing sales organizations in matrix structures
• Strong expertise in sales and service processes and tools xpzdshu (pricing, CRM, order management)
• Experience in change management and transformation initiatives
• Excellent negotiation skills with customer-facing experience
• Solid understanding of financial principles, Pu0026L management, and performance tracking
• Proficiency in English; local language fluency preferred
