Who We're Looking For
We are hiring a full-time Real Estate Sales Advisor to join our Lucas Fox team in Jávea.
The ideal candidate is:
* Highly proactive and sales-oriented
* Experienced in working with international clients
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* Ambitious, motivated, and ready to grow within a premium real estate brand

Key Responsibilities
* Sourcing and listing high-end residential properties
* Managing and advising international buyers and property owners
* Conducting professional property viewings
* Leading the entire sales process: from first contact to final signature
* Negotiating deals and ensuring a smooth transaction
* Maintaining accurate records via our CRM system
* Collaborating with marketing, legal, and admin teams
RequirementsMust-Haves:
* Fluent in Dutch and English (spoken and written)
* Experience in sales, real estate, or high-end customer service
* Strong communication, negotiation and follow-up skills
* Highly self-motivated, organised, and results-driven
* Driving licence and own vehicle
* Based in or near Jávea, or willing to relocate
Valuable:
* Previous experience in real estate
* Knowledge of the Costa Blanca property market
* Additional languages: Spanish, German, French
* Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing
