Position OverviewWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Specialist Junior to support the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our Quality Management System. The selected candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with applicable quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Support the implementation, monitoring, and maintenance of the Quality Management System according to the certifications defined by company management.
Support the recording and follow-up of deviations, claims, corrective actions and preventive actions (CAPAs), including preparation of related documentation and investigations.
Environmental control monitoring support.
Internal trainings support.
Support the documental review of technical documentation, specifications, and Certificates of Analysis (CoAs).
Assist during internal and external audits.
Support customer satisfaction management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements
Degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy preferred.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
Fluent English skills (written and spoken).

Full-time position.
On-site role, Manufacturing plant location: Polígono Ind Pla Els Batzacs, Carrer Xops, 9, 08185 Lliçà de Vall, Barcelona
Flexible working hours.
