About the Role
As an Account Manager for a high-tech client, you will manage a portfolio of strategic accounts in the Norwegian‑speaking market — focusing on retention, growth, and long‑term relationship development. You will be a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them get maximum value from their technology investments.
Responsibilities

- Own a portfolio of strategic accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for Norwegian‑speaking clients
- Develop and execute account plans aligned to each client's business objectives
- Drive revenue growth through upsell, cross‑sell, and contract renewal
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients — presenting performance data and strategic recommendations
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers
- Maintain accurate account data, opportunities, and forecasts in the CRM system
- Meet and consistently exceed retention and revenue targets
Requirements

- C2 level of Norwegian and C1 level of English — written and spoken
- Proven experience in account management or a senior client‑facing sales role — technology sector preferred
- Strong consultative selling skills and ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
- Track record of meeting or exceeding retention and upsell targets
- High proficiency with CRM platforms and data‑driven account xhfqzwm management
- Eligible to work in Spain (EU ID or Spanish residence card)
