P YOUR ROLE /pp An Operations and Customer Service Representative plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of operations within a company, for a dedicated customer. /pp This position requires a blend of customer service, administrative duties, and operations skills. /pp WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO? /pulli Organize, operate and invoice daily transport activities for the Customer. /lili Manage complaints or queries made by customers, ensuring their correct resolution in the shortest possible time, in order to guarantee customer satisfaction. /lili Act as a CEVA ambassador in front of Client, ensuring CEVA interests are respected in his/her daily job. /lili Establish relationship with client and provide high standard of customer service continually. /lili Act in accordance with quality, safety and environmental procedures and standards, and follow the instructions given to comply with QHSE requirements /lili Be a teamplayer in CEVA organization for this customer. Cooperate with different internal stakeholders. /lili Develop any other task entrusted to him/her by the CEVA, within the scope of the organization and according to his/her responsibility. /li /ulp¿QUÉ ESTAMOS BUSCANDO? /pulli Education: Medium or higher degree in Transport Management, or Business Administration. /li /ululli Languagues: high level of English /li /ululli Experience: 3 to 5 years’ experience in similar functions in a multinational logistic and/or transportation company. /li /ululli Specialist knowledge: Outlook and Excel: high skilled /li /ul
