**Description**:
Nikkei Restaurant in Boutique Hotel 4* Mi AlmaZara, selects Waiter / Waitress for immediate incorporation in Jávea.
We are looking for a professional who loves customer service, excellence and who is responsible for bringing the magic of Nikkei cuisine to the diner's table creating unique experiences.
As a waiter/waitress, you will report directly to the Restaurant Chef and collaborate with a team of professionals serving high profile international and national clients.
**Main functions**:
Preparation of the dining room to start service
Attention and customer service
Order taking, tray handling and wine opening.
Knowledge of food and beverage menu (training).
Coordination with kitchen and bar
Advise customers on wine pairing and wine selection
Cleaning the room at the end of service
**Minimum requirements**:
Minimum 1 year experience in medium/high level restaurants.
High level of Spanish and English (other languages are an asset).
Good presence, cordial and respectful treatment with customers
Work in excellence
Ability to learn, dynamic and to work in a team and under pressure.
Availability to work weekends and holidays.
Own means of transport
