Senior Technical ArchitectLuxury Residential Projects | MarbellaWe are not looking for a standard office architect.We are looking for someone highly technical, detail-obsessed, and confident on site — someone who knows how luxury projects are actually built, not just designed on paper.At Ambience, we create high-end villas and residences with a strong focus on architectural detailing, bespoke solutions, lighting integration, and flawless execution. Our projects are ambitious, fast-moving, and highly detail driven.This position is heavily focused on:
* Technical drawings
* Construction detailing
* Site supervision
* Solving real on-site challenges
* Coordinating execution to a very high standard
You will work closely with our Interior Architects, Designers, Project Managers, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure that every detail is executed exactly as intended.What You'll Be Doing
* Producing high-level technical drawing packages for luxury residential projects
* Creating detailed construction drawings, sections, elevations, bespoke joinery details, ceiling plans, lighting layouts, and technical solutions
* Supervising construction sites and ensuring quality execution
* Identifying and resolving technical and construction issues proactively
* Coordinating contractors, suppliers, consultants, and external technical teams
* Reviewing measurements, technical specifications, and material applications
* Ensuring that both technical precision and aesthetic vision come together perfectly
* Maintaining strong control over site progress, detailing quality, and timelines
What We're Looking For
* Strong technical architect background with real site experience
* Minimum 7+ years experience in technical architecture and site supervision
* Excellent AutoCAD skills
* Deep understanding of construction detailing and execution
* Someone structured, proactive, fast-thinking, and solutions-oriented
* Ability to handle pressure and multiple high-end projects simultaneously
* Strong communication and coordination skills
* Fluent Spanish and good English required
* Experience in luxury residential projects is highly preferred
Bonus Points If You Have
* Experience with bespoke carpentry and custom detailing
* Strong understanding of indirect lighting and premium finishes
* Marbella / Costa del Sol project experience
* Interior architecture sensitivity and eye for detail
