McCann Worldgroup seeks an Account Supervisor tto be responsible for the relationship between the agency and day-to-day clients, providing strategic guidance to clients, managing the account team's performance, and cultivating strong client relationships to encourage new and repeat business. The Account Supervisor demonstrates thinking across the client's line of business and not just on their teams' assigned projects. They act as a trusted advisor and partner to the client. The Account Supervisor has expert marketing skills, the ability to anticipate needs is an experienced executor, and can confidently express and author informed opinions.

What You Will Do:
The Account Supervisor, for McCann Barcelon, will be required to:
- Support the business in leveraging your expertise to navigate the public sector's complexities and nuances to create breakthrough communications.
- Understand the fast-paced nature of business and positively respond to last-minute client requests.
- Assists the Strategy and Creative teams to write clear, powerful, insight-driven creative briefs, presentations, and other strategic documents.
- Guide the team and collaborate across the agency to drive magical creativity and innovation.
- Oversees administration and execution of numerous projects at the same time.
- Ensure that the company, in every area, delivers the best possible product, firmly grounded in a thoughtful, strategically sound understanding of the clients' business, the account's long-term direction, and the tasks at hand.
- Partner with Strategy teams to identify key insights and monitor campaign performance. Also, create test plans, strategies, and recommendations for your channels of business.
- Build client's confidence by knowing the objective and status of every client-related activity, even those that have been delegated.
- Able to expertly communicate challenging news to clients in a manner that minimizes negative impact on the agency.
- Identify opportunities when in client conversations and act on them to add value to the client or company.
- Keep client and the Account Director updated on the status of account activities. Elevate issues and opportunities as required.
- Master a strong knowledge of the client's products, branding, and style guide.
- Nourish and safeguard the client relationship, maintain contact, and build rapport at as many levels of the organization as possible.
- Advance the team's professional development, monitor the work, be a readily accessible resource, and provide regular, timely performance reviews and guidance.
- Demonstrate strong collaboration, communication skil
