Responsibilities
* Provide consulting, training, and support on client-facing and internal projects related to hosted safety database services and technology systems for Pharmacovigilance.
* Assist in designing, developing, implementing, improving, and maintaining technical solutions for Pharmacovigilance business, with a focus on safety databases and technology systems, covering:
* System setup and configuration.
* Validation documentation creation, guidance, and execution.
* Training materials development and delivery.
* Post-implementation support.
* Administer Safety Databases (Pharmacovigilance and Medical Information modules) and other technology systems for Pharmacovigilance, including database configuration and user
