Your main **responsibilities **will focus on:
- Participate to the development processes to produce plant-based juices and dairy products, new ingredients and valorize by-products.
- Support for creating, structuring and implementing projects linked to the upstream plan-based process and the by-products.
- Make trials at pilot plant scale, make analysis, consolidate and analyse results Support for optimizing the process, milling and separation.
- Work in collaboration with other experts from R&I; Advanced Technology Contribute to the definition of de Design of the experiment with the support of the DOE expert.
- Prepare mock-ups, elaborate and validate sensorial analysis of the products and if necessary, participate in the preparation of consumer tests.
About you
To be successful in this role we believe that it is positive to have:
- **Education**: An advanced technician’s certificate in Food Technology or Food Process Engineering.
- **Experience**: Have over 6 years of successful experience in this plant-based field (the must).
- **Skills**: Strong communication, collaborative mindset, curious and rigorous.
- **IT Skills**: Excel, SAP, PowerBI.
- **Languages**: Good level of English and Spanish.
- Availability to travel to Danone sites.
