Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
Act as the main point of contact, providing strategic advice and solutions.
Identify opportunities to upsell and expand business with existing clients.
Monitor account performance and provide insights to optimize strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure client satisfaction.
Requirements Fluent German (C2) or Nativeand English (C1) proficiency.
Previous experience in Account Management, Sales, or Customer Success is a plus.
Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
Proactive mindset with a customer-oriented approach.
