You will translate business objectives into a strategic roadmap that identifies market opportunities and defines a differentiated value proposition. /liliExperimentation Validation: Move us from "guessing" to "knowing." Design and execute MVPs, A/B tests, and validation experiments to de-risk development and accelerate Product-Market Fit. /liliData-Driven Decision Making: Work closely with the CTO to define KPIs and success metrics. You will not just track data; you will interpret it to inform pivots, prioritization, and feature definitions. /liliHigh-Level Agile Leadership: Provide strategic input during agile ceremonies (Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives) to guide the team’s direction. /liliNote: While you oversee backlog priorities, day-to-day ticket management can be delegated to our internal AI agents. Your focus is strategy, not administration. /liliStakeholder Alignment: Act as the connective tissue between the technical team, business stakeholders, customers, and founders.
