**Role Purpose**:
**Job Functions**:
Lead the implementation and influence the end-to-end order to cash process e.g., order mgmt., delivery, invoicing, consignment inventory, returns, FoC)
Define best practices, establish, and drive enhancements on order to cash processes across the region (e.g., EMEACLA) and ensure an effective and efficient continuous improvement and execution across countries and functions
Develop key performance indicators to monitor process performance and report progress
Provide expertise on system and tool stewardship (e.g., Salesforce, JDE, Esker, GHX, EDICOM, EDI reporting tools) for customer service
Develop and plan Order to Cash projects and activities with accountability for successful completion of all project deliverables
Provide direction and guidance to project teams to execute tactical projects and/or initiatives
**Required Skills**:
Proven successful project management skills
Demonstrated knowledge of JDE (and/or other ERP systems) and Salesforce preferred
Proven expertise in both Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and Powerpoint
Excellent documentation and communication skills and interpersonal relationship skills including negotiating and relationship management skills with ability to drive achievement of objectives
Highly organized (planning skills) and strong analytical skills required
Ability to do scenario thinking
Recognized as an expert in own area within the organization
Expert understanding of Customer Service, Order to Cash process and systems, order management and supply chain processes and interdependencies, ideally in MedTech Industry
Strict attention to detail
Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels and proactively escalate issues to appropriate levels of management in the organization
Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment
Ability to represent leadership on projects within a specific area interfacing with project managers and team
Ability to consult in project setting within specific area
Adhere to all company rules and requirements (e.g., pandemic protocols, Environmental Health & Safety rules) and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of influence/control
