As our Maintenance Manager, you won't just keep machines running — you'll protect reliability, elevate standards, and lead the technical excellence that powers our factories every day.You will lead all preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities, ensuring production assets perform at their best with zero compromise on safety or quality.You will be hands-on when it matters most, stepping onto the shop floor to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex technical issues alongside your team.You will analyze failures, identify anomalies, and transform data into technical reports and continuous improvement actions that strengthen our maintenance strategy.
You will manage maintenance operations autonomously through the CMMS, ensuring compliance with operational standards and seamless coordination with production and technical teams.
Build a High-Performance Team:~ You will motivate, coach, and develop technicians, providing technical guidance and supporting on-the-job training to raise capability across the team.
Industrial Engineering Backbone.University degree in Industrial, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering, with solid foundations in industrial environments.Additional technical specialization in electromechanics, industrial electricity, automation, or mechatronics is a strong plus.Hands-On Maintenance Leader:At least 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance and a minimum of 3 years leading technical teams.Automation & PLC Specialist:Proven experience programming PLCs (Allen-Bradley / Rockwell Automation).Familiar with filling machines, mixers, CIP systems, case packers, end-of-line equipment, heat exchangers, and industrial refrigeration systems.Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, RCM methodologies, and CMMS tools (SAP PM, Maximo, GMAO).Global Communicator: Fluent Spanish and a B2 level of English, both written and spoken.Everyone Hero: We work together in pursuit of our common mission and strategy, strengthening our local businesses by leveraging the power of the collective.
