Process Control Specialist (PCS) / Logistics Analyst, European Central Flow Team (ECFT) — shape the future of global e-commerce at Amazon. You’ll orchestrate millions of daily orders and drive innovative fulfilment solutions across a network of Fulfilment Centres (FCs) operating 24/7 worldwide. As the primary escalation point for warehouses and the link between daily orders and Amazon Associates, the PCS ensures seamless fulfilment operations. You will drive workflow planning, risk mitigation, and cost and capacity management in Europe, partnering with FC teams to address variances and manage customer orders from checkout to shipment. Our onboarding and matrix structure support you to deliver, innovate, create, and grow. We’re seeking problem-solvers with a sharp eye for optimization, strong attention to detail, and effective cross-team communication. Key responsibilities
* Master Amazon’s proprietary flow management tools and processes, becoming the go-to interface for seamless FC operations.
* Innovate and implement metrics, conduct analyses to uncover optimization opportunities, and design scalable, standardized solutions.
* Cultivate cross-functional partnerships, translating complex concepts into accessible insights for stakeholders across all levels.
* Own and influence critical performance indicators, including customer promise attainment, flow planning adherence, and site-specific KPIs.
* Teach peers and customers through knowledge-sharing initiatives, developing and delivering training programs to elevate team capabilities and operational excellence.
A day in the life
* Location: European Central Flow Team offices in Barcelona. Optimize operations across Europe’s Fulfilment Centres.
* Start of shift: gain handover on network status, forecast volumes and capacities, and events impacting forecasts; align on priorities and review key metrics.
* Throughout your shift: collaborate with European operations teams, create data-driven plans using in-house tools, fine-tune staffing, lead real-time decisions, make strategic adjustments, and maintain stakeholder communication.
* End of shift: share insights and report key performance metrics, outline potential impacts for the next shift, and provide updates and recommendations.

The European Central Flow Team (ECFT) drives capacity, risk, and workflow management across Amazon’s FC network. We focus on real-time responsiveness and resource planning to keep customer promises and ensure timely deliveries, continually innovating and standardizing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* You are proficient in English (European Framework level B2).
* You have strong communication skills across multiple stakeholder groups.
* You are a problem-solver who is comfortable working with data to make critical decisions.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
