Position Details: - Type: Full-Time (10 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday)- Salary: Competitive Basic Wage Commission Based on Team Earnings - Benefits: Company Mobile Phone & Use of Company Car - Languages: Fluent in English/ Spanish (required); other languages are a plus - Driving: Valid European Driving License (necessary)- Start Date: Immediate Key Responsibilities: - Oversee daily operations of the rentals team for long-term and holiday properties. - Lead and motivate the team, providing training and support for high performance. - Develop marketing strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue. - Handle tenant relations, inquiries, and issues to ensure satisfaction. - Coordinate property maintenance and ensure safety compliance. - Maintain records of rental agreements and financial transactions. - Prepare and manage budgets, analysing performance metrics. - Build strong relationships with property owners and tenants. - Monitor market trends to adapt strategies as needed. Requirements: - Experience in property management or a related field. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. - Problem-solving skills and ability to multitask. - Familiarity with property management software is a plus.
