Your key responsibilities include: /pulliMaintaining and updating the Business Development Director’s schedule. /liliManaging incoming communications: filtering calls and visits to direct them appropriately. /liliOrganizing travel arrangements with logistical efficiency. /liliPreparing and reconciling the Director’s expenses, liaising with Treasury. /liliCoordinating tasks with internal and external personnel as directed by the Director. /liliKeeping the department’s documentation well organized and up to date. /liliCollaborating with other departments (Supply, QA, Legal, Regulatory, Finance) to resolve operational issues. /liliPreparing monthly PowerPoint presentations for the department. /liliPlacing purchase orders (POs) in SAP. /liliCreating reports using Power BI. /liliReviewing contract compliance, including payment terms, Incoterms, and volume clauses. /li /ulpbr/ppThe challenge! /p
