Questions will vary widely but mostly concern the internet, telephony and television. You solve every puzzle - from a simple question about an invoice to a more complex problem about an internet connection. You don't have to be a technical miracle, but you will have an affinity with solving problems related to the internet, television and telephony. You are not alone, because you can rely on a database with the right tools or helpful colleagues.The questions you will be dealing with are diverse. Common questions could be:- why is my internet not working?; - how come my invoice turned out higher?; - I have received my Home package, but I cannot get the modem installed. Can you help me?; - my internet connectionis weak and sometimes drops out, what can I do?; No experience with customer service work? No problem, you get a full-time paid training of 2 weeks in which we will teach you everything.
