Role OverviewAIRZONE is a leading company in smart HVAC solutions with an international presence. We are at a key stage of our international expansion and are looking for two Professional Sales Representatives to develop and consolidate new markets in Northern & Eastern Europe and APAC.Responsibilities- Business Development: Identify and develop new sales opportunities in assigned regions, analyze market trends, regulations, competitor activity, build and expand partner and installer networks, represent the company at industry events and client meetings, promote and educate partners and customers.- Account & Project Management: Manage leads and opportunities through CRM, prepare and negotiate proposals and close sales, support projects from specification through execution, build strong long‑term customer relationships.- Collaboration & Support: Work closely with internal teams (technical, marketing, operations), support regional alignment and knowledge sharing, deliver product presentations and provide training to partners and customers.Qualifications- Engineering background (preferred).- Experience in HVAC or Home Automation sales.- Strong communication and relationship‑building skills.- Organized, proactive, and results‑oriented.- Comfortable working in an international and fast‑paced environment.- English (full professional proficiency) and Spanish required;
