Identify potential clients, market needs, and industry trends in the data center sector in close collaboration with the Sales Director Data Center and Managing Directors of the sales organizations
Build a pipeline of prospective customers and key accounts that could benefit from liquid cooling solutions (focus on EPCs)
Conduct technical meetings to explain how liquid cooling can address specific performance issues in the client’s infrastructure
Coordinate with product and engineering teams to tailor solutions to client specifications and ensure technical viability
Develop sales and marketing materials to educate potential clients on the latest developments in liquid cooling technology and its advantages
Represent the company at industry events to connect with potential clients and showcase the company’s offerings
Monitor sales performance and customer satisfaction
Providing reports to the Sales Director Data Center and the internal stakeholders
Analyze results to adjust strategies, improve outreach, and identify areas for growth
Master's or bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, thermal engineering or HVAC, electrical engineering, environmental engineering or equivalent
A minimum of 6 years experience as a Sales or Business Development Manager in the cooling market
Very good technical understanding of how liquid cooling works
Strong verbal and presentation skills including analytical and interpersonal skills
Passion to build relationships and the ability to inspire institutions, decision-makers, and stakeholders from your ideas
English skills must be on a high professional level, other languages are an asset
Willingness to travel >50%
Information: This position can be filled in any Southern European country where GF Piping System has a sales office
