1. Financial Planning & Control: Lead the preparation, consolidation, and monitoring of annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Supervise project profitability, margin control, and cost allocation across business units and subsidiaries. Ensure alignment between project-level financials and corporate objectives.
2. Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and present regular financial reports and KPIs to the CFO and Executive Committee.
