Sika Spain is looking for a Legal & Compliance Officer, located in Alcobendas office (Madrid), to support and strengthen our legal and compliance framework, ensuring alignment with corporate policies and applicable regulations while fostering a strong culture of compliance and transparency. The mission of the role is to provide legal support, supervise and coordinate key legal and compliance matters, and to implement compliance policies that help prevent legal, financial and reputational risks, while promoting an ethical and transparent business culture across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities Provide legal support to the business, with a strong focus on commercial law, advising on matters related to both customers and suppliers.
Monitor and supervise regulatory requirements related to sustainability, environmental matters, and Quality Management Systems, including frameworks such as CSDDD, CBAM and PPWR.
Support, supervise and coordinate activities related to GDPR compliance and insurance management.
Coordinate with external legal advisors to ensure efficient and consistent legal support.
Lead and support Compliance activities, including the implementation of Group compliance policies such as Crisis Management Manual, Whistleblowing Channel and Legal Risk Matrix.
Drive the standardisation of legal review processes (contracts, claims and training), based on corporate documentation, to improve efficiency, consistency and traceability.
