We are seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies that drive brand positioning, engagement, and lead generation across a portfolio of communities and business lines. This role requires a strong mix of strategic thinking, hands‑on digital marketing expertise, and the ability to guide cross‑functional teams toward measurable results.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including paid media, social media, email, website optimization, and SEO/SEM initiatives.
- Elevate community and brand positioning through online channels, differentiating from competition with clear, compelling messaging.
- Partner with sales leaders to understand occupancy and growth goals, offering strategic marketing solutions that support lead generation and conversion.
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to support events, promotions, and long‑term brand awareness.
- Lead the creation and management of content across digital platforms, ensuring alignment with brand voice and objectives.
- Collaborate with internal and external creative teams to develop marketing assets (ads, landing pages, email campaigns, social media content, videos, etc.).
- Manage and oversee campaign calendars, timelines, and approvals to ensure on‑time and high‑quality execution.
- Use analytics tools (Salesforce, Power BI, Google Analytics, social media dashboards) to track campaign performance, optimize ROI, and report actionable insights.
- Maintain up‑to‑date websites and digital properties, ensuring accuracy of content, imagery, and offers.
- Research and implement best practices in digital marketing, testing new channels, formats, and technologies (e.g., AI tools, marketing automation).
- Provide guidance and training to sales teams on leveraging digital marketing campaigns to reach occupancy and engagement targets.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to support initiatives in related areas, such as post‑acute care or specialized service lines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in multi‑channel campaign execution, analytics, and project management.
- Experience in healthcare, senior services, or hospitality is a plus.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Proficiency with marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Salesforce, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO/SEM tools, etc.).
- Travel Requirements: Occasional travel within the U.S. for meetings, planning sessions, or industry conferences (approximately 30 days per year).
