WHAT WOULD YOU NEED?
✍️ 5+ years of experience
in PMO, project coordination, or operations roles within technology or infrastructure environments. Strong proficiency with
PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, and Excel
for reporting and knowledge management. Experience with
ServiceNow and Confluence
for portfolio and status consolidation. Solid knowledge of
project governance, communication frameworks, and stakeholder engagement. Familiarity with
Cloud and Platform operations contexts. Proven experience with
roadmap building, risk management, and consolidated reporting. Advanced proficiency in
Spanish and English
(written and spoken). Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Develop and maintain
communication frameworks
and reporting standards for PMO activities. Create efficient, reusable
presentation templates and dashboards
for portfolio updates. Design and maintain
SharePoint structures
for documentation and meeting notes. Consolidate inputs from multiple teams into
clear, concise status reports and integrated summaries. Facilitate
key forums and governance meetings, ensuring agendas, outcomes, and follow-ups are clear. Implement
roadmap tracking, risk identification, and dependency management. Stay current with PMO best practices and emerging technologies in
Cloud and Platform operations .
