As a Sr. Project Manager in cloud software development, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the successful delivery of cloud-based software development projects.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, software engineers, architects, domain specialists, and stakeholders to ensure the timely and efficient completion of projects while adhering to quality standards and best practices.

**What you will do**:
- Manage end-to-end software development projects, from initiation to closure, primarily focusing on cloud-based solutions.
- Define project scope, goals, KPIs and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders and ensure they align with the overall business objectives.
- Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, and budgeting, and monitor and track project progress against these plans.
- Coordinate and facilitate effective communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams, ensuring everyone is clear on project objectives, timelines, and dependencies.
- Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, and proactively mitigate potential roadblocks to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct regular project status meetings, provide updates to stakeholders, and prepare comprehensive project reports highlighting key achievements, risks, and accomplishments.
- Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, industry best practices, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and advancements in cloud software development, and provide recommendations on process improvements and innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to support first-time implementations, including scoping and estimating project efforts, and providing technical expertise.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment, providing guidance, support, and coaching to project team members.
- Contribute actively to the project management communities (internally and externally)

**You will bring**:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the software development industry, leading remote teams, with a focus on cloud-based solutions.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex, large-scale software development projects, including experience with Agile methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban).
- Proficient in project management tools and software, such as JIRA, Trello, or Microsoft Project, for planning, tracking, and reporting project progress.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Fluent English is a must, written and spoken
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- Adaptability to guarantee software quality and delivery on-time
- Project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
- Experience in the software development life cycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.
