**Requirements**:
We are looking for individuals with a general passion for payroll and a strong motivation for customer satisfaction. Additionally, you should have:
- Training as a Payroll specialist
- Professional experience in the payroll sector
- Strong listening and analytical skills to meet client needs
- Fluent in dutch and english
**Key Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Team Leader, you will be the main point of contact for one or more clients, managing monthly payroll activities from variable data entry to declaration. Your main tasks include:
- Preparing payroll, entering data, and checking payslips within your assigned area using dedicated control methods and tools.
- Entering and checking STC, and producing legal documents (e.g., Assedic certificate, work certificate).
- Mastering client collective agreements and conventions.
- Contributing to SD Worx reporting (indicators for billing, dashboards, and other performance metrics).
- Guiding clients through requests for changes and ensuring parameter changes are correctly implemented post-development tests in collaboration with support and evolutions.
- Addressing client queries and organising regular production meetings (with agendas and minutes) according to client-agreed cycles.
- Keeping track of payroll regulations and schedules.
