Country Partner Expert Dutch fluent-level.
We are looking for a Country Partner Expert Dutch fluent-level professional to work in a multinational company. Its products and services are designed to benefit people and improve their quality of life.
Main tasks and responsibilities:
• Acts as a main point of contact for stakeholders and users per country (- group) representing Source to Pay and Procurement.
• Act as S2P Partner connecting business inquiries and take up management escalation for proper solution within the Procurement operation model.
• Make usage of language capabilities to communicate towards country users or external suppliers.
• Ensure that local legal requirements and regulations are considered in the respective Contract to Pay Processes. Define, maintain, and monitor Country specifics, foster standardized processes in the country (-group) and initiate process adjustment based on local rules and regulations.
• Ensure close collaboration with other Country Partners, Source to Pay capabilities and other Procurement Areas to look for synergies.
• Provide procurement support for Country Organization like local audit coordination and cross functional projects, be responsible for communication with local authorities and provide on-site and language support for incident management.
• Provide country (-group) insights for S2P Operations and Procurement Areas based on data analytics and user feedback.
• Constantly puts stakeholders in the center of all the actions and initiatives to improve user experience.
• Actively engage in projects implementation and deliver timely change management communications and training for stakeholders across the country (-group).
Value Added:
• Ensure value delivery by providing innovative solutions in S2P process to improve business users' experience. Engages, coordinates, or leads country (-group) process initiatives in relation to E2E processes.
• Maintain proper Stakeholder Management towards Country Management and users, establish and run Procurement User communities with the country organization based on business needs.
• Provide language skills and process know how for exceptional handling. Manage Contract to Pay related communication with local authorities.
• Act as Member of the GBS – Source to Pay team representing Country- /Business User requirements.

Qualifications:
• Studies of Economics or similar with several years of experience in this area.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills in both English and Dutch are mandatory for this position, additional EMEA languages will be considered an advantage.
• Very good analytical skills (data analytics and proven usage of digital tools), passion for innovation.
• Passionate to obtain positive business user experience.
• Business insight (knowledgeable about process and systems).
• Proactive attitude to drive process changes and improvements, proven ability to work under pressure, resilience to manage conflicts with high sense of urgency, ability to operate in a highly intercultural environment.
