At Getnet, we are looking for a **IA Engineer** to join our team in Madrid.
**What you'll do**
- Develop and implement the Agentic Commerce strategy, ensuring its integration into the GetNet payment ecosystem;
- Structure and deliver solutions that enable the connection of artificial intelligence agents with payment flows, ensuring scalability, security, and regulatory compliance;
- Specify and lead the development of the Agent Toolkit (SDKs, APIs and agent-friendly checkouts), including technical documentation, integration operational flows and support processes;
- Create tools to support customers in converting inventories into machine-readable catalogues and managing Order Intent flows;
- Plan and develop technical and operational governance processes for the product, ensuring not only its production and continuous evolution, but also the definition, monitoring and management of success indicators, whether operational or financial.
** What we're looking for**
- Proven experience in developing digital products, especially focused on payments, e-commerce, or fintechs. (Journey: onboarding, capture, funnel, transaction conversion, protocols, reconciliation)
- Proficiency in e-commerce architecture
- Experience with API integration, SDKs, and payment platforms.
- Previous experience with products oriented towards generative AI or machine learning.
- Knowledge of information security and regulatory compliance (LGPD, GDPR and PCI-DSS)
- Experience with version control tools and technical documentation (e.g. Git, Swagger, Postman).
- Ability to define and implement product strategies on a global scale.
- Strong product roadmap planning and management skills.
- Knowledge of product governance and definition of operational and financial KPIs.
- Conversational English - essential for global operations
- Critical thinking and systemic vision
- Clear communication with stakeholders.

- Postgraduate degree or MBA in technology, innovation or digital business.

- Participation in global projects or experience in multinational companies.
- Knowledge of Agentic Commerce.

- Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
- Product management tools (Jira, Confluence, Aha!).
- Certifications in Product Management, Agile, or related areas (e.g., Pragmatic Institute, PMI-ACP, CSPO).
- Knowledge and experience in the payment methods market in Brazil.
