Job Description:
Trigyn has a contractual opportunity for an ICT Admin/Training Support. This position is based at our client site in Valencia, Spain.
Job Responsibilities:
•Provides general office support services to help ensure the smooth functioning of the organizational unit.
•Uses standard word processing package to produce a variety of routine correspondence and reports, in accordance with institutional standards.
•Maintains calendar/schedules; monitors changes and communicates relevant information to appropriate staff inside and outside the immediate work unit.
•Reviews, records, routes and/or processes email or other documents; gathers pertinent background material; tracks and monitors follow-up action as required.
•Maintains electronic files and databases for the work unit to improve accessibility and efficiency,
•Updates and maintains large distribution lists; assembles documents, reports and other materials for global dissemination, using electronic formats;
•Performs a variety of administrative duties (. meeting organization, reservations, office supply and equipment orders,
•Performs other duties as assigned
