**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and coordinate all restaurant operations to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance.
- Maintain high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness, and ambiance.
- Handle guest complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for orders.
- Analyze financial reports, track KPIs, and implement strategies to improve profitability.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and bar teams to maintain service consistency.
- Plan and implement marketing and promotional initiatives to attract customers.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new team members.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, Assistant Manager, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service.
- Ability to remain calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
- Hospitality degree or relevant certification is a plus.
- Fluent in English and spanish is required
