Overview:
Perform sampling of starting materials (APIs, excipients and conditioning material), manufacturing intermediates and final product for pharmaceutical laboratory following GMP regulations and internal SOPs.
All this while carrying out the safety instructions of the company and using the personal protective equipment intended for the operation of the position.
**Responsibilities**:
- Perform sampling of raw materials (APIs, excipients, and conditioning material), manufacturing intermediates and final product.
- Taking samples for microbiological analysis of water, air, surfaces of manufacturing equipment and environmental controls.
- Use of SAP tool to manage documentation associated with the job on a routine basis.
- Completion of analytical documentation associated with the workstation following GMP standards.
- Use RAMAN equipment during the sampling operation for the identification of the different materials sampled.
- Maintenance and cleaning laboratory equipment as well as the sampling room.
- Removal of released samples for subsequent destruction.
- Following the standard work procedures associated with the job position.
- Train the new incorporations in the specific activities and functions of the position in which you are an expert.
Qualifications:
- **Educational Level**: Basic secundary education
- ** Languages**: Fluent in Spanish
- ** Experience (years/area)**: Recommendable one year of experience in the above mentioned functions. Experience in the use and handling of RAMAN equipment is a plus.
- ** Specific knowlwdge**:Knowledge of GMP and GLP standards.
- ** Personal skills**: teamwork, pro-active, self-initiative.
