Role Summary
As a Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing Operations (PP/MES Integration), you will design and implement cutting‑edge manufacturing solutions, integrating SAP Production Planning (PP) with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES) to optimize production workflows across our global network.
Responsibilities
* Design and implement IT solutions for SAP PP and MES integration, ensuring seamless process flows and optimal system performance.
* Translate business needs into robust, validated manufacturing solutions that meet pharmaceutical industry compliance requirements.
* Lead integral projects in SAP manufacturing operations, managing implementation from blueprint to go-live.
* Consult and advise on SAP PP and MES best practices, acting as a trusted expert for manufacturing operations across the organization.
* Coordinate with internal and external partners, including Fresenius Digital Technology and service providers, to deliver high‑quality solutions on time and within scope.
* Identify and drive optimizations in SAP systems and manufacturing processes to increase efficiency and reduce complexity.
* Conduct workshops and training sessions to align stakeholders and build operational excellence in manufacturing systems.
* Ensure compliance with pharma‑specific validation standards.
