Internship Overview

As an Intern within the Neuromodulation business unit, you will support the commercial and marketing teams across Iberia, gaining practical experience in sales support, marketing operations, and business coordination.
Internship Details
* Start date: 1st August 2026
* Location: Madrid, Spain
* Duration: 12 months (extendable + 6 months)
* Working hours: 40 hours per week
* Work model: hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Responsibilities
* Support stock analysis, inventory control, and warehouse organization, including handling shipments and material orders. Assist with monitoring, follow‑ups, and resolving urgent or unexpected supply‑related issues.
* Support the planning, localisation, coordination, and execution of webinars, meetings, and marketing activities, ensuring timely delivery, brand compliance, and effective stakeholder collaboration.
* Support contract coordination and marketing administration by ensuring timely contracting of customers and partners and maintaining accurate, well‑organised documentation and records.
* Support stakeholder communication and coordination by collaborating with internal teams, healthcare professionals, and partners while managing registrations, logistics, and multiple concurrent activities to ensure smooth execution of projects.
Required Knowledge and Skills
* Recently graduated or in the final year of studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Bioengineering or a related field.
* Fluency in Spanish and English (minimum C1 fluent level).
* Proficiency in MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Strong communication and teamwork skills, with a proactive approach.
* Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
